Hundertwasser's last work
The Grüne Zitadelle is the latest project in which the famous architect Friedensreich Hundertwasser worked before his death. Built between 2003 and 2005 near the Cathedral of Magdeburg, it comprises a residential complex with a hotel, shops and cafes. The style and originality of the architect makes it a must for admirers of his architecture. One thing: if you are interested in having a flat in this building, when I was there, there were still four for sale ;)
