It can be accessed on foot or the tram stop Helmhauss. This church is composed of two Romanesque towers, which can be entered by paying 4 CHF (adults) and it's worth climbing the 187 steps for the panoramic view of Zurich and its surroundings, of course you'll be surprised. You can access it 10.00-16.30 and Sunday 12.30-16.30.
Just across the river from St. Peter's Church, the Cathedral, stands a gray, lifeless, striking monument that can be seen from anywhere in the city. It overlooks the river with a spectacular viewpoint where the Swiss come together for a drink when the weather is nice. It gives a sense of peace and tranquility. While not spectacular, its sober beauty draws attention to anybody looking at it.
