One Wave that Unites Two Seas
More than 60 kilometers Of forest, dunes and sandy, unspoiled, uncrowded beach is what characterizes this stretch of sand that can be found in the northernmost part of the Danish country. A few kilometers away from the town of Skagen, in the Natural Park of Grenen, it's the selling point of the area. From here you can see the "Grenen Wave." It's a wave that's formed when the waves from the Baltic Sea meet the waves from the east, and North Sea in the west. These break into each other forming an impressive salt water elevation that clusters in this strait. We arrived by car, but there's public transportation from Skagen.
