Ushiku Daibutsu

One of the tallest statues in the world can be found here. They say it is higher than the Statue of Liberty, about three times its size. It measures 120 m,100m in stature and it's base is 20 m, inside there is a gazebo and a small museum. It's scary when you're inside the statue, when I was on the lookout I felt it move as if there had been an earthquake .. at least I was scared. There is also a small zoo and a monkey show. In spring say the surrounding park is very nice. I will have to return at that time.
