A good place
The Kahlua is a coffee shop with a nice terrace on the pedestrian Bilbao Street, near the beach and Paseo Colon. It's a good place for coffee or a drink if you want to relax and people-watch. If you're hungry, they serve snacks and light meals, and great ice creams.
