Toucheng is a small village on the east coast Taiwan, popular with surfers and lovers of hot springs beaches. Crossing Toucheng, you can have "Good morning" coffee, from 5:00 until 2:00 p.m. The place is always packed on weekends and offers burgers, breads, pancakes, Taiwanese wankes and other sandwiches. There's also Taiwanese and Japanese rice dishes. Easy to find, this restaurant is run by a young Taiwanese couple, located on the main street. Dynamic and friendly welcome.
