Sadly too annoying to go back
I really wanted my experiences at this cafe to be good because it is one of few options in the area open later and the space is set out to be great to chill at when finishing online work etc. because it is spacious with lots of comfortable couches and good Wifi. BUT the 3 times I have been here it has been weird.
The 1st time they accidentally gave my friend cream for his coffee that was clearly off (smelt bad with things floating in it) and they didn't even seem that sorry or shocked about it when he brought it back.
The 2nd time I was disappointed that they only use single use coffee cups later in the day which seems like an unnecessary waste. Other cafes manage to use ceramic cups until closing time. Also the cafe workers were arguing with each other and one tipped rubbish on the floor and left it there for ages. Weird!
I was temped a 3rd time because it was close but they were really rude about me showing my student ID in response to the sign that said 10% discount and then got annoyed when I pointed out that they were still not taking off the 10%, and then again they only offered me a takeaway cup for cold brew coffee as apparently they don't have normal glass cups. Now I'm definitely not going back.
