Glenmorangie Distillery

La visite d'une distillerie est incontournable au pays du Scotch. Le choix ne manque (entre les mythique Knockando, Talisker et autre mythique Glenfiddich) mais je recommande vivement de faire un détour à celle de GlenMorangie qui se distingue (probablement... je n'ai pas visité les autres) par la sympathie de ses hôtes. Car je précise que dans toutes distilleries il est impératif d'appeler à l'avance pour réserver la visite qui à lieu à plusieurs heures précises dans la journée. Néanmoins j'ai été agréablement surpris en débarquant à l'improviste après une bonne heure de marche (car la distillerie est un peu perdu dans la campagne de l'acceuille qui m'as été fait puisque une charmante hôtesse m'a tout de même fait gouter plusieurs bouteilles tout en me racontant l'histoire de la distillerie. Alors bien que je n'ai pu visiter l'ensemble de l'usine, qui ce dit en passant à un charme traditionnel, je n'ai pas du tout regretté ma marche. De plus il est inutile de rappeler le caractère exquis du nectar qui vaut le déplacement. A consommer sans modération... s'il on vient à pied.
