El Glass Bar del Hotel Urban de Madrid ahora se llama Glass Mar. Y se llama Glass Mar porque supone el desembarco (y nunca mejor dicho!) de Ángel León, dueño del restaurante Aponiente del Puerto de Santamaría, en Madrid. El Glass Bar siempre ha sido uno de los sitios más glamurosos de Madrid, y ahora se convierte también en una referencia en lo gastronómico. Muy rico el embutido del mar, pero sobre todo destacan la sardina con berenjena ahumada - espectacular - y el steak tartar, pero de calamar, que consigue parecerse al de ternera, pero con ese toque marino. Buena carta de vinos de jerez. Precios de hotel de lujo, eso sí...
