Ramen Ginya Hiyoshi

Another of the many ramen restaurants that you can find in Hiyoshi, is Ginya ramen. Although my favorite is Ramen Yoshiya, this place is not bad. Iekei Yokohama ramen always flavours the soup with pork meat and spinach. When ordering a bowl of ramen, you can choose the hardness of the noodles, the concentration of the flavor of the soup and the amount of fat, all with 3 distinct levels. With each bowl of ramen they ask if you want rice (free) and what size, and you can have refills as many times as you want. As is normal in this type of ramen, there are also chutneys, garlic and ginger to throw on the rice or soup.
