DANGER
En avril 2018, après avoir mangé dans un petit restaurant, nous revenions au port de Getaria chercher notre voiture, après être passé devant le restaurant Ketarri, devant l'école Urpekari Escola, nous avons marché avec la famille sur le trottoir : une plaque d'égout rouillée a basculé et je suis tombée dans la bouche jusqu'à la taille ! La bouche d'égout rouillée n'est pas fixée au sol, sa taille est inférieure au trou, aussi le service du port l'a bricolée en lui soudant 3 pattes en fer ! Je ne pouvais plus marcher, ma jambe était enflée, avec des plaies : mon mari est allé chercher la voiture. Ensuite ma jambe a eu un gros hématome qui a empiré avec les jours, créant un œdème, qui est descendu du genou à la cheville. J'ai eu très peur, et j'ai réalisé que ma fille y était passée dessus juste avant et aurait pu y tomber ! J'ai envoyé un mail au retour en France 2 jours après à udala et kultura de getaria, l'un m'a dit transmettre au Service portuaire de Gipuzkoa, Gouvernement basque qui gère le port. Je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelles ni su si ce danger public a été enlevé. J'aurais dû porter plainte pour mise en danger.
In April 2018, after eating in a small restaurant, we were returning to the port of Getaria to pick up our car, after passing the Ketarri restaurant, in front of the Urpekari Escola school, we walked with the family on the pavement: a rusty manhole cover tipped over and I fell into the mouth up to my waist! The rusty manhole cover is not fixed to the ground, its size is smaller than the hole, so the harbour department tinkered with it by welding 3 iron legs to it! I couldn't walk, my leg was swollen, with sores: my husband went to get the car. Then my leg had a big haematoma which got worse with the days, creating an oedema, which went down from the knee to the ankle. I was very scared, and I realised that my daughter had been on it just before and could have fallen in! I sent an email on my return to France 2 days later to udala... and kultura.., one of them told me to pass it on to the service that manages the port. I never found out if this public hazard was removed. I should have filed a complaint for endangerment.
