El Viajero
Suitable for all ages
This runs between the city centre and the naval facilities. Dedicated to the figure of Gabriel Lobo Lasso de la Vega, a soldier and poet of the Golden Age responsible for a large number of plays and ballads. Before the park was built, it was a paved area, with just a few trees on either side. However, nowadays there are two monuments, an old locomotive and the Sacred Heart of Jesus, as well as benches, litter bins, lampposts and gardens. The park also has a children's play area. It's worth noting that there's a small off-leash area for dogs, which is quite rare in this area.
