Parc de La Gaudinière

Gaudinière Park is located at the entrance of Nantes near Orvault. The natural area covers 12.5 hectares. In the 80´s, this park was not very well taken care of and therefore seemed a bit "sad." Now it consists mainly of rhododendrons, camellias, Sequoia, a rock garden and a wooded area. I like to visit with a good book to read. because it´s very nice and relaxing--similar to the Proc Park. These two parks are particularly great for relaxing in Nantes.
