This modern Portuguese cuisine restaurant is situated right on the beach of do "Cais do Douro", which is the "capital" of the Douro Valley, a city that grew because of the development of the port wine industry, and which is a collection point for wines, before they are transported by the river to Vila Nova de Gaia, across the river from Porto.
