The purest paradise
The Garifunas hhaven't suffered many changes over recent years. They still have their dialect, circle dances, religious practices, Punta dance, tales and legends, banana cultivation, and the sacrifice of roosters and pigs among themselves. They are former slaves who freed themselves and live free today in peace and tranquility on the beaches with their familes. Most don't work, They live on fish, rice, chicken, beans and little else. In my opinion they live in the best place, it's the purest paradise.
