Saint Michael's Castle

Durante una calda giornata estiva, una passeggiata nel verdissimo parco Mikhaylovsky rappresenta un momento di rinfrescante relax durante la visita alla città, oltre un buon punto per fare un pic-nic, tra le splendide vedute che si possono ammirare sulla bellissima Chiesa del Sangue Versato da una parte e l’imponente Castello Mikhaylovsky, che si caratterizza per il suo inusuale coloro arancione e per essere stato anche la dimora di Paolo I. Il castello si affaccia direttamente sul canale di via Sadovaja. In estate il parco è preso d’assalto dagli sposi, che giungono qui in limousine per il classico reportage fotografico.
