Localizada dentro do Memorial da América Latina, ao lado do terminal rodoviário da Barra Funda, está a Galeria projetada pelo famoso Oscar Niemeyer. Hoje, é o único espaço museológico do Brasil que dedica-se à arte latino-americana. Com uma única coluna no meio que da sua sustentação, a estrutura de painéis a circundando permite o visitante visualizar todas as obras expostas. No dia da minha visita estava inaugurando a exposição "Saltando Muros", de jovens fotógrafos ibero-americanos. Explicações das fotografias em espanhol e somente uma segurança na entrada pedindo para assinarmos o livro de visita me deixou um pouco confusa. Mas vale a visita pela beleza do local. Funciona de terça a domingo das 9 as 18h, entrada gratuita.

Located within the Latin America Memorial, side rodovirio terminal of the Barra Funda, are the gallery designed by the famous Oscar Niemeyer. Today, museolgico single space of Brazil that is dedicated to Latin American art. With a single column in the middle that its sustentao, the panels of the surrounding structure allows the visitor all the works exhibited. On the day of my visit I was inaugurating the exhibition "Jumping Walls" of Latin American young photographers. Explanations of the photographs in Spanish and only one security at the entrance asking to sign the guest book left me a little confused. But worth the visit for the beauty of the place.
