Fuente de Las Virtudes

Las Virtudes es una pedanía perteneciente a Santa Cruz de Mudela en Ciudad Real, un paraje maravilloso desde el cual parten varias rutas de senderismo por la provincia y que está a tan solo 8 Kilometros del pueblo de Santa Cruz de Mudela. A la entrada de la misma, lo primero que nos encontraremos junto a su alameda es una bonita fuente de piedra que data del 1856, con un pilón que canaliza hasta una pequeña alberca y que lleva agua de los arroyos de esa zona. El agua de la fuente es potable y son muchos los vecinos de los alrededores que se desplazan hasta la misma para abastecerse de agua, ya que dicen que además de su pureza tiene grandes poderes medicinales. La fuente de Las Virtudes también es un buen punto de partida para emprender la ruta Avemaria y la de las Cuevas.
