We kept walking and found, on the other side of the Central Mail, the Spa of Isabel, which looks like a tiny palace. The structure was made by Drobny, Mayor of Karlovy, and opened in the year 1906. In front of the 2 buildings is the concrete Spa Hotel Thermal. The structure of the gray tower stands as a guard at the entrance to the center of Karlovy. The hotel is too big for the place, so people started calling it "Castle Cement". It is a shame that many old houses and a school had to be destroyed in 1967 for it to be opened. It has 533 beds and a 50-meter pool, a festival of film and exhibition halls.
