Franz Liszt Academy of Music

Awesome is the first word that comes to mind when I think about the Franz Liszt Academy of Music. This Art Nouveau concert hall was built in 1907 and remains one of Budapest's hidden gems as concert music still isn't as popular as the ballet or opera which are housed in other buildings.

In general, the price of cultural activities in Budapest is very reasonable and the concert we attended was no exception. The employees were very attentive and many of them spoke perfect English. Another interesting note was that the concert was full of families with children (ve seemed to enjoy the show as well), which was not something I expected.
