Frangipani Motel

The Frangipani Motel is situated on Pedlar Street, in the historic heart of Galle, which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage site. It is a very quiet place, as cars hardly ever go there, and you can sllep without noise from the street. It's a nice place, but beware, the name was copied from the Frangipani Tree, a luxury hotel that is situated on a neighboring beach. They are nothing alike, this is a small family hotel, run by the Tuilina family. They are very nice and helpful, they can prepare meals if you want, eg they buy fish at the market and cook it too. If for some reason the place is full, they also have some more rooms in their home, where you will share common space with the children.
