Fountain or Fountain (Largo da Porta Nova)

This fountain in the center of the central square of Largo da Porta Nova was brought from Vilar de Frades Monastery. It's a stone fountain with an octagonal base, topped with a statue of St. John the Evangelist (patron of the monastery to which he belonged). It was built in Baroque style in the eighteenth century.
