Fountain or Chafariz do Anjo

A beautiful fountain just next to the Cathedral, where the Vendoma Arch is (one of the gateways of the city with primitive integral walls). It was built in the eighteenth century by Nasoni and funded by the City Council The fountain is a monument in itself, as it has a kind of lattice wrought iron marble relief embedded in the top of the pipe. It's crowned by the image of San Miguel.
