Fountain of El Carmen

Today I want to tell you of a small fountain located in the village of Padron. It caught my attention on a visit to the village. It is located just below the Convento del Carmen and the hostel of the village. It was built after a miracle happened and rebuilt in the eighteenth century. Inside the convent you can read about the Bishop Manuel de Sanlúcar. Chiquitita is a source of drinking water and three water jets along with a statue of the Virgin, several crosses etc. If you visit coincides Register and you can take advantage of stopping by this source.
