Flor de Nieve Pastry

This place is a classic in Benasque. I went there as a child when attending the ski school and I was given a nice piece of homemade cake and a Swiss chocolate. The bakery has been recently extended and, besides cakes, you can buy deli products produced in the area, such as wine and chocolates. Worth a visit.
