Flea Market (Mercato delle Pulci)

The Flea Market is an interesting place situated near the center of Palermo. You can get there walking from anywhere downtown and no problem because it is known to all the inhabitants of the city. The market opens in the morning and in it you can find all sorts of things but, above all, antiques and handicrafts. The market has humble huts and each booth is open, and while touring the market you can go watch artisans at work. You can see classic trades that have an incredible charm, there are painters, artisans, carpenters, glaziers ... The objects that are available in this place are very varied but what stands out are antiques.
