Natural and artisanal gelato
The gelato here is 100% natural with no chemicals, additives, thickeners, or colors. They also only use the best ingredients: the nocciola gelato, for example, uses nuts from “Tonda delle Langhe” and the pistachio ice cream uses “Pistacchio di Bronte Smeraldo.” They also use fresh cow’s milk, Venezuelan cacao, and Sicilian almonds. The eggs, which are used to make the creams, are from organic farms and all the fruit is seasonal and fresh.
I won’t recommend any flavor in specific because they change with the seasons (you’ll never find strawberry ice cream in winter, for example). You also won’t find any cones here because they believe that cones ruin the flavor of the gelato. They sell a variety of fair-trade marmalades, sauces, and cookies, and offer sugar-free gelatos and gelatos for the lactose-intolerant.
