Festival du Poisson

The Festival du Poisson restaurant is near the beach of Agadir, close to the tourist information office. Actually, it was built under the information office itself. Architectural, it is nothing special, like most of the buildings in Agadir, but it has a beautiful garden and is a cooler during heat waves. The Festival du Poisson serves, as the name implies, all kinds of fish, since Agadir is the biggest sardine fishing port in the world. A fried entree for two, with a Moroccan salad with cumin is a local dish. Then you can move onto grilled fish, but also something more oriental, like a fish tagine or couscous.
