Festa do Momo (Carnival)

We attended the Carnival party in Vilanova Momo for the first time. There were many troupes, floats and costumes. It started at five in the afternoon and walked down a street circuit around 2.5 kilometers. Most of the floats were coming from some locations in southern Galicia, as Tomino, Villagarcia de Arosa, Cambados, Vilanova, etc.., The busy troupe "As Estrelas da Noite" (Stars of the Night) from Tomino that exceeded one hundred Members drew attention for its color and choreography, and also the coach of "Il Cavaliere", I Remolóns, I give Reed, Os and Os Paparrulos Marchosiños.
