Beautiful walking route
On the coast, from Foz, there's a beautiful walking route that runs along the cliffs and passes through some of the best local beaches, such as Rapadoira. The trail is paved to O Cu de Castro, then it disappears and you have to make your own path, always on the edge of the cliffs, to reach Fazouro. There on a promontory the background is the sound of waves beating the walls of a cave and the remains of a lonely fort with excellent sea views.
