Food is plentiful
Fairwood is a fast food chain from Hong Kong (which has now spread to other Chinese cities) which serves Chinese and Western food. The one I went to was in Enning-Lu in west-central Guangzhou. Its runs like msot of the the "fast food" in the area like ( Café de Coral , etc ...). Once you enter, you see the menu painted on the wall. You choose what you want and pay. You take a number and wait for your table. It is affordable (from 1 to 3 euros depending on the menu) and the food is plentiful. I ordered a coffee with some sandwiches for breakfast and was quite pleased.
