La facultad de informática de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Fdi de la UCM para los amigos), es una de las facultades de más reciente construcción de la ciudad universitaria, ya que hasta el año 2003 las clases y administraciones correspondientes a estas facultades estaban distribuidas en las facultades de Físicas, Matemáticas y Biología.
En este facultad se imparten las Ingenierías Técnicas en Gestión y Sistemas, así como la Ingeniería en Informática y cursos de postgrado. Tiene una amplia biblioteca de varias plantas en el ala sur, también de reciente construcción.
En la primera planta nos encontramos la cafetería, secretaría, administración, reprografía, la entrada a la antes mencionada biblioteca y varias aulas. La segunda son todo aulas. La tercera hay laboratorios y también está el decanato. La cuarta está reservada a despachos de profesores.
The faculty of computer science at the Complutense University of Madrid (IDF UCM for friends), is one of the faculties of more recent construction of the campus, because until 2003 the classes and relevant authorities to these powers were distributed on the faculties of Physics, Mathematics and Biology. In this faculty the Technical Engineering in Management and Systems and Computer Engineering and postgraduate courses are taught. It has an extensive library of several plants in the south wing, also recently built. On the first floor we find the cafeteria, secretarial, administration, reprographics, the entrance to the aforementioned library and several classrooms. The second are all classrooms. The third laboratories and there is also the deanery. The fourth is reserved for faculty offices.
