I spent four days during Easter in the Europa Hotel and highly recommend it - the best location in Pamplona, next to the Plaza del Castillo, the centre of the centre of Pamplona. The room is up to the standard you'd expect from 3 stars: a bit small but clean, with tea and coffee service. The breakfast is very complete and very good quality.
