Mediterranean Rice
I spoke of Ca l'Oscar as "the place to eat rice that succeeds in the last year", and with good reason. Taking advantage of good weather at noon, we sat on the terrace of the restaurant, in the heart of Tarragona, Plaça del Rei, and ordered rice for six.
