Dating to 1787, this humble building has certain details on its facade that give it a little bit of a Baroque style, which makes sense as it was a stop to quench the thirst of pilgrims. On September 15, 1795, the Church was blessed and marked a suitable place for worship. Each Friday, to commemorate the day of discovery, the temple shrine is opened and the most devout attend mass without hesitation to ask Ecce Homo to bless family and friends. October 12 has been set as the holidy to celebrate the Church, and a large flea market stretching from the city to the shrine is active.
