Inglés's is a seafood restaurant, perhaps the most famous to be found in Brighton. The dishes they serve include fish cakes, which are small fried cakes made from fish or crab, mussel pie, crab fried in a wok, scampi, seafood risotto ... Almost all the dishes are made from fish or shellfish. The dishes cost around 14 pounds each, the cheapest is 8 pounds and the most expensive costs 18 pounds. It is a little pricey but it's a nice place. There is also an oyster bar, where you can order a half-dozen or dozen oysters, with an assortment of different sauces. This place has been open for over 100 years and famous people often come here to eat.
