You know those places where you can feel the affection in every detail? This is one of them. In a touristic city like Foz, the importance of an environment that unites culture and leisure is almost essential, but I didn't know I'd find it here. The Emporio com Arte café emerged out of an innovative proposal to encourage local and national Brazilian artists to work on the details from beautiful tableware, to rustic furniture that decorate the place - everything seems to have been handpicked.
