Emperors Guest House
The most important thing to tell you is that this hostel is located in a palace built by Emperor Qing (if I remember correctly), it has a tunnel connecting it to the Forbidden City (although you couldn't go in the tunnel itself), and for only 6 USD can enjoy a night in an imperial palace. Breakfast isn't included, but you have a menu option in the restaurant, although in China it's practically a crime to eat at the hostel. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :)
