Elbe Bikeway

Queste foto sono state fatte seguendo un tratto dell'Elbe Radweg da Magdeburgo a Dessau. E' un tratto completamente pianeggiante ma non per questo senza difficoltà, in particolare il vento che può essere anche piuttosto forte e, considerato che la pista cambia continuamente direzione, su tutto il tragitto prima o poi ti arriva da ogni lato. Come succede in genere per le piste ciclabili tedesche, attraversa aree di notevole interesse naturalistico come acquitrini e foreste, dove è facile avvistare vari tipi di volatili, rapaci o trampolieri, soprattutto cicogne, o selvaggina come volpi o cerbiatti. Tra i due centri abitati principali ci sono per lo più piccoli villaggi con alcune chiese antiche, spesso risalenti al'epoca della Riforma luterana, che ha avuto la sua origine proprio qui.

These pictures were taken along a stretch of the Elbe Radweg from Magdeburg to Dessau. As typically happens for the German bike paths, through areas of natural interest such as swamps and forests, where it is easy to see various types of birds, birds of prey or wading birds, especially storks, or game such as deer or foxes. Between the two major population centers are mostly small villages with ancient churches, often dating back al'epoca of the Lutheran Reformation, which had its origin here.
