Good wine in Perpignan
El Serrano is more a wine cellar than a restaurant, but it's a must in Perpignan if you want to try good wine and traditional Catalan sausages. There are two or three tables on the terrace which is located right in front of a flower shop so it has a romantic touch. They have a short menu of Spanish-inspired tapas written on a blackboard. The service was excellent.
