El Refugio

The Refuge is a well-known and very popular place located at the entrance to the city of Parchment, at the famous crossroads where Route 8 meets with Route 188. The crossroad is the most important entrance into the city, along Avenida de Mayo. The Refuge functions as a café, bar and small restaurant with delicious dishes and fast service. The restaurant is not only frequented by travellers making a stop to eat and load naphtha along their way, because there is a YPF gas station, but also by regulars who live in the city and who gather here to chat, eat lunch and watch soccer or any other sport.
