El Huequito

Sotto il cavalcavia di una grande arteria stradale del quartiere di Condesa troviamo questo bel locale colorato che poi scopriremo essere il senso e ultimo di una catena. El Huequito (che letteralmente significa piccolo buco, spazietto, come quello che si apre nello stomaco appena entri e senti i profumi degli alimenti) nasce nel 1959 e si propone come una meta ideale per chi vuole provare uno dei tanti tacos messicani. All'entrata ci accoglie un lungo bancone, dietro il quale possiamo assistere allo spettacolo dei cuochi che vi cucinano. Noi abbiamo preso del cibo da asporto ma lo spazio era comunque accogliente anche per restarvi.
