El Gran Cafe

The Grand Café is one of the most traditional cafes of León. It's in the pedestrian zone called "romantic district", near the church of San Isidoro and the Cathedral. Although it opened its doors in 1990, it's inspired by a coffee from the early 20th century, with wooden chairs, tables with iron frame and marble countertop, indirect lighting wall lamps, wall paintings and pictures on the walls. The hotel is attached to the Music Cafe Program, created by the Junta de Castilla y León for the development of musical culture. This has a small stage where concerts and musical performances and comedians perform.
