Situated in the high pistes of Valdezcaray, El Freskito is your best option on ski days. Well, that or go all the way down to the bar next to the parking lot.
After being up to your knees in snow, entering into the warmth of El Friskito was really pleasant. Sandwiches, hot plates, and wine, all gulped down next to a fire to get your strength back. The “bocadillo completo” is a sandwich which has “everything plus the kitchen sink.”
