Portuguese Food
It is a restaurant where you get excellent priced quality Portuguese food in the main shopping street (Rua do Mercado, 10) but there is an entrance below (Rua Das Arribes, 10). Like all restaurants in Miranda it has a daily menu (12 €), this is fine, but the specialty dishes are better, where the amount can be exaggerated but not the quality. I recommend, PRAWNS GRELHADAS - these are grilled with rich and different sauces, salads that I would not normally have but are very tasty, I think it is because they are very fresh. Every time we go, usually go 4 or 5 times a year, the meat is really spectacular, the cod is also a very, very good dish, at least for me "La Posta Mirandesa" is like a good sirloin but rather larger and tastier, plus it cuts like butter, have it grilled, with salad and baked potato, or if you want to have it with other dishes such as french fries.
