El Cordobés Restaurant

Getting a good paella in Valencia has always been a complicated task, but in the area of Lake of Cullera it's easy. The lake is natural and not to be missed. This mid-class restaurant should serve meals facing the sea, but they use a dining room that looks over the garage when it's not peak season. Very fresh salad, terrific garlic sauce with warm bread, the seafood paella was also delightful with very familiar service. I repeat, go to lake shore, is a few meters inland.
