Bread

The caco is not used to make a sandwich, no. You do not open the bread and fill it. The bolus is bread made with garlic oil, "preñao" of sausage or bacon. They are inside. A really nice couple prepares a stall on the pavement. Easy to find for two reasons: it is central and you can smell it from afar. The sausage is not exactly of Salamanca and if you get hiccups, get rid of them with a beer. No Michelin stars, if that's worries you.
