Eisdal

The beautiful little town of Eidsdal can be found at the end of the Geiranger Fjord or Geirangerfjorden. The morning after arriving in Geiranger we decided to embark on a ferry leaving the car parked, towards Eidsdal. The weather was gorgeous. The journey only took 45 minutes from the boat but we could appreciate all the majesty of the fjord and the classical company of Japanese tourists with their inseparable umbrella for the sun. This was an amazing village, but unfortunately our visit only lasted a few hours. The surrounding countryside is stunning. A little walk and of course the obligatory stop at a small bar was enough to stay in love with this site.
