If you visit Edinburgh and like to climb, this is perfect. There are several options in the city but if you have time, take a bus to Ratho (under an hour) and go to the climbing wall. It is AMAZING. It's the biggest I've ever seen. If you have no equipment, there is a shop where you can rent some. I rented two harnesses for about 4 pounds. To get there, you have to take the bus to Ratho.
