The maximum is 22 courses. The dishes were delicious, especially the ceremonial plate, the veg momos and the yogurt flavored with cinnamon and honey. Of course, you also get to eat the ultimate dal bhat which comes with three different types of rice and two pickles. Much of the food served is organic and they have a zero waste philosophy.
